What we collect, why we have it, who else touches it, and how to make us delete it. Short, because we collect very little.

We do not collect card details. Those go straight to our payment provider and never touch our systems. We do not ask for your address, your date of birth or your phone number, because we do not need them.
The ledger shows a contributor number, a first name and a country. It does not show email addresses and it does not show amounts. What someone gave is nobody else's business.
You can ask us to list you anonymously, or to remove your entry from the ledger entirely, at any time and without giving a reason. Removing your entry does not remove your contribution from the total, because the total has to stay true.
Only the services that make the site work, and only for that purpose. None of them may use your data for their own ends.

Update emails to contributors are sent through Stripe as well, for now. If we ever move to a separate email provider, this table says so before it happens.
Some of these process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Fonts are served from this domain
We do not load fonts, scripts or anything else from Google or another third party. Every file this page needs comes from them1llion.com, so no outside company learns your IP address just because you opened the page.
We set no tracking cookies, run no advertising pixels, and do not use Google Analytics.
Our payment provider sets what it needs to complete your payment and to spot fraud, which is part of taking a payment at all.
If we ever add analytics, it will be something that does not track individuals across sites, and this section will say so before it happens rather than after.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, or ask for it in a portable file. Email hello@them1llion.com and we respond within thirty days, usually much sooner.
We may not be able to delete a payment record before the seven years are up, because that is a legal obligation and not a choice. Everything else can go.
If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority, or to the equivalent body where you live.
Everything runs over HTTPS. Card details never reach us. Access to the systems holding your data is limited to the people who need it, with two-factor authentication. If something goes wrong that puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the regulator, and we will say what happened rather than what we wish had happened.
Every version stays published with its date. If we change something material, contributors get an email before it takes effect.
